Refund and Cancellation Policy

OMNISTACK DIGITAL LLC sells digital products and provides custom or recurring social media growth services. Refund and cancellation terms may vary by written proposal, order form, invoice, or service agreement.

Digital Products

Downloadable digital products, templates, guides, research packs, and similar resources are generally final sale once access has been delivered. If a file is inaccessible, duplicated, or materially different from its product description, contact us so we can review the issue and provide a replacement, access correction, or other reasonable resolution.

Service Deposits

Deposits reserve project time and may be non-refundable once planning, research, content strategy, analytics review, creative work, or other service work has begun. If no work has started, refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Milestone Work

Fees for completed milestones, approved deliverables, custom growth plans, content calendars, scripts, consulting time, analytics reviews, and delivered documentation are generally non-refundable.

Monthly or Recurring Support

Recurring support may be cancelled before the next billing period by sending written notice to the operations inbox. Already billed support periods are not automatically refunded unless required by a separate written agreement.

Cancellations

Clients may request cancellation in writing. Any unpaid work completed before cancellation, approved third-party costs, committed vendor fees, or agreed expenses may still be due.

Physical Goods

OMNISTACK DIGITAL LLC does not primarily sell physical goods. Physical returns are not applicable unless a separate written agreement includes a physical product or shipment.

Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first so we can review the invoice, scope, delivery record, and any relevant correspondence.
